Which kit size should I choose?
Match the solar to your yearly electricity use and the battery to what you want to keep running in an outage. As a rough guide, 6.6 kW of solar in Ontario produces around 7,000 to 8,000 kWh a year, and 16 kWh of storage carries a typical home's essentials (fridge, furnace fan, sump pump, internet, lights) through a long outage. Is the Fox ESS Hub G2 included?
Yes. Every complete kit includes the Hub G2, which manages whole-home or partial-home backup and lets you connect a generator.
Can I add more batteries later?
