John's Grid Tied Project

John initially had a SolarEdge system and was considering their battery solution. However, due to the high costs and new restrictions on outdoor battery installations, he sought a better option. He found the Maple Leaf Powerwall solution, which was 20% more affordable than SolarEdge.

The system features an IP68-rated design, capable of withstanding temperatures as low as -30°C, all thanks to its high-voltage battery pack. This advanced grid-tied solar system features the SolaX 7.6kW Hybrid Inverter, providing reliable energy management with split-phase capability, dual MPPT, and integrated RGM meter with Wi-Fi connectivity. The system includes the SolaX Backup Interface, supporting 160A AC current, flexible home backup, and the ability to operate 4 systems in parallel, all certified under UL and CL standards. Additionally, the setup incorporates two SolaX 5.12kWh Lithium Iron Phosphate (LFP) batteries, ensuring safety and reliability with UL certifications.
